My Book Review
For years I have been looking for a book that will help me to Balance both the world’s, Spiritual and Material without letting the past karma affect the present.
After my depression, I did a deep dive into all existential questions through reading Books. Few did satisfy my inner questions, few did not. Fast forward a few years and I was lucky enough to read a lot of authentic books by genuine Spiritual authors and Spiritual Leaders.
One of them is Meetu Bisht. Her books have the finest level of authenticity, which reflects her deep unbiased knowledge on this subject that seems so experiential and relatable to all the karmic questions ordinary people have in day-to-day life.
No doubt Karma is a complex mechanism and we don’t know at what dimensions the Universe works. But the deep insights on one’s soul journey from many lives and parallel anecdotes given in each chapter by the Author will help you completely make sense of where we come from. And help us lead a balanced life in this lifetime with all the baggage of karma we have on our side.
We often find ourselves pondering as humans on life’s deepest existential questions now and then. But only a few take the initiative to dig deeper to know why we are who we are.
Occasionally, we encounter many things happening in our daily lives that don’t make sense to the human rational eye. Yet, the universe has its mysterious ways of dealing with these things. Some patterns in our lives play automatically through us and we wonder why is this happening.
But here’s a book that decodes the spiritual reality of all the vague questions we kept on hold to make sense of it later.
This is a book you should grab right away to understand these age-old spiritual mysteries of human existence related to why we are who we are.
Yes, some behavioral tendencies in our lives feel like they are automated within us. It’s because our inner world of Soul personality as the Author says is influencing our outer world.
This gap between our soul personality which is carrying lifetimes of impressions is attracting things that you don’t want. Hence we need to develop higher self-awareness to understand ourselves better first from the Soul level.
Why We Are Who We Are talks about various roles sole play in each lifetime with the karmic mandates attached to these roles. This helps us to understand better the true person we are behind this body.
This book aims to clear the doubts around the confusions regarding one’s soul tendencies that we carry along with us in each birth. Once we identify it through self-awareness it’s easier for humans to accept reality no matter how unfair or random the experiences of life are.
To come to this understanding it’s also important that a reader should already have a pre-existing understanding about rebirth. If they are non-believers of rebirths this book might not make sense to them.
The first section of the book targets to explain the deep correlation between our soul personality and the roles we acquire in human form in this life. This section unleashes the mystery around our distinct individual lives and the roles that we are assigned.
This book helps us look from the Soul perspective. The writer constantly draws our attention to the inner spiritual reality and that it does not matter how we live physically in this world or what material success, or fame we achieve.
What truly matters is what we become as a result or in response to the experiences that we encounter in our journeys. And what is the state of our mind or consciousness that we leave behind from this finite human journey.
To understand this deeply we need to build self-awareness through various practices that might help you understand the soul personality you are born with.
This can be done through deeper self-reflections, associating with a higher form of wisdom, living in silence accessing authentic spiritual knowledge, or even spending some time in deep contemplation of self.
The second section of the book elaborates on different types of Soul personalities that exist in the world and their karmic mandates essential for the evolution of the soul. This section will attract readers’ attention as they will find themselves relating to various tendencies and behaviors they relate to in their present lives.
I was able to resonate with 2 to 3 soul personalities in the book. I was able to see some part of me here and there in many soul personalities.
I found the Third section more fulfilling and interesting as it offers the solution to the only problem all humanity is facing which is settling their karmic debts efficiently.
This section highlights the reasons why we should adhere to the karmic mandates. The high and low frequencies will help us build better awareness of our automated tendencies. And finally how we can play our roles well getting the best of both worlds.
This book beautifully decodes the Intricate connection between life death, rebirth, soul purpose, and karmic mandates.
It is one of the finest works that has successfully attempted to describe this complex topic so effortlessly. This book is meticulously structured to allow access to any beginner or experienced spiritual seeker to see any random chapter at their own pace.
The Author has mindfully backed her deep spiritual understanding with relatable normal life examples, making this book relevant to grasp the complex concepts convincingly.
This book helps us to come out of the superficial materialistic understanding of our self which blinds our vision to self-exploration and build awareness of self.
Over all this book is truly enlightening and spiritually satisfying. One of the only kinds that comes straight from the Author’s unique experiences and observations of years as a Karma Reader. Which makes this book a true gem of Authentic Wisdom.
