My Review:

This book is a great initiative by the author to ignite the fire amongst the readers to live a Holistic lifestyle by helping them grow and evolve their minds, body, and soul into the best version of themselves.

My thirst to learn more about Holistic living got me to this book.

I was attracted by the cover of the book as it felt like looking into the universal energy that operates within us.

This book has broadened my understanding of the Holistic lifestyle connecting many dots of my limited knowledge on a particular subject.

The author’s thoughts and perspectives reflect how much vast assimilation of experience she carries about Holistic living.

I admire her effort to make the beginners understand all broad concepts in brief and extremely easy-to-understand, relatable language.

All topics she elaborated on had a tinch of uniqueness. But one of the best I loved was,

Why connecting to Nature is crucial, How your environment affects your health, Our five daily needs, How mental and emotional health affect our bodies, About spirituality, life purpose, and connecting with the Universe.

Some of the thought-provoking sentences, which was a real bulb on the moment for me was:

  •  Why should you choose a man-made pill over something that grows on the earth for that purpose?
  • Mind is a part of us that connects our body to our soul. You can think of it as a middleman
  • Nature is always in balance, and we must strive to achieve harmony and balance in all aspects of our lives to prevent stress and illness.
  • Go back to the essence, simplicity. Give your mind less to focus on. Give your body more space to move around in. Give your eyes less clutter to sort through. Give your life a spring cleaning.
  • There’s already enough garbage and junk in the world; let’s make it a better place by reducing our need for new things.
  • Less stuff=more life.
  • Since the body is made of elements just like everything else in nature, it only makes sense that we align ourselves with nature as much as possible to stay healthy.
  • Spirituality is a personal “religion”. It’s a personal belief system made up of the parts that make sense to you.
  • Next time you feel alone like nobody cares if you live or die, remember, your cells do. They are working around the clock to keep you alive
  • They say praying is how you talk to God and meditating is how you listen.

Overall it was an interesting read and peep into the Holistic lifestyle from the author’s point of view. It is a must-read book for beginners in Holistic living. I found this book fulfilling enough leaving me with a feeling of self-satisfaction.

I believe we all have unique perspectives and I respect them and admire them in every single human being because that makes sense to you from where you stand.

If you intend to read this book do let me know what was your experience.

Happy Reading

May you grow Holistically in all areas of your life
