Yes, yoga and meditation do help one in a long run to get rid of stress in our lives, but what would a person do to find an instant solution for day-to-day stress in this fast-paced world filled with unlimited chaos and distractions?
If you are the one who is looking for instant tools to sail through your day smoothly, this book is for you.
The easy-to-follow techniques and tools given by the Author are like breathers for your day-to-day stress. And might come as a rescue to stop releasing cortisol hormones in your body.
The Book Author has meticulously assimilated unique assorted techniques and tools based on EFT, CBT, breathwork, thinking corrections, self-acceptance, shifting core beliefs, power of gratitude, and forgiveness which are extremely effortless to apply in daily life without much complication.
The book is divided into three sections ;
- Calming methods for everyday stresses

The first section is all about easy to apply day to day techniques that can empower you amid any stress or chaos
The second section talks about how to identify and correct thinking errors. Also basic information about EFT&CBT techniques and how you can utilize them to restructure or reprogram your core beliefs.
The third section talks about additional techniques that will enhance your experience by imbibing spiritual qualities like acceptance, forgiveness, and gratitude.
The unique twist Author has experimented with in this book to enrich the experience of tools is providing an audio barcode scanner to have an immersive experience.
This book is more like an emotional tool book or manual and will be worth reading only if you as a responsible reader who will implement these techniques in your daily lives.
A few of my favorite go-to techniques I loved experimenting which gave me instant results are
1.Conscious Breathing( This technique instantly gets you back on track and enhances your focus)
2.1-minute grounding(This technique looks a little childish but works wonders for your awareness of yourself and your surrounding.
3. One joy every day ( This technique works best for workaholics who have forgotten their true essence because of daily work pressures and time constrain) I believe in this technique from my experience.
To wrap up this book review I would like to leave you with this impactful quote mentioned in the book by Jit Puru
“You are a product of what you have told yourself in the past. What you tell yourself now will determine who you become in the future”
I hope this quote simply serves the purpose or highlights the importance behind these valuable techniques given by the Author.
